Terms & Conditions - the basics
Arrival and Departure
Check-in Time | Sites: 11:00am Cabins: 2:00pm
Check-out Time | Sites & Cabins: 10:00am
Day Visitors| All Areas: 10.00pm
All accommodation tariffs are to be paid on arrival & are not refundable after check-in.
If you would like a late check-out please speak to reception for availability, this may be available at an additional charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a particular numbered accommodation or site during booking or on check-in.
Office Hours
9:00am – 5:00pm daily, however these hours may vary during seasons. If the office is unattended, an alternate phone number will be left for contact.
Credit Card Payments
A credit card must be produced on arrival in the name of the reservation holder for security. Any damage caused during your stay may be charged against that card.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit equal to your first night’s stay is required within 7 days from when your booking was made. For phone bookings, deposits and payments can be made via credit card or direct deposit. When paying by direct deposit, please use your reservation number as the payment reference.
Early Departures
Please be advised there are no refunds for early departures
Excess Charges – Cleaning and Damages
Please leave your cabin in a tidy state. Wash all dishes, put away and place rubbish in the bins provided throughout the park. If the cabin is found to be left in an unacceptable state, a $200 excess cleaning fee may be charged. Any damaged or missing items will be replaced, and the costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

Important Information
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
Not be the person named on the booking request / Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card / Not be able to pay for any charges / May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests / May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour / May breach park rules & policies / Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age / Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking park rules. No refunds will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
Late Arrivals
Guests arriving outside of regular office hours must contact park reception prior to closing to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive outside of reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
Rates (for powered and unpowered sites)
Adult rates apply to persons 16 years and above. Children rates apply to guests aged between 5-15 years. There is no charge for infants aged 0-4 years.
Special Requests
Whilst we will always attempt to meet any special requests or accommodation preferences you may have; we cannot guarantee this at the time of booking.

Cancellations
A standard admin fee of $50 will apply to all change of mind or incorrect selection cancellations for cabins and $20 for sites. No additional cancellation fee is applicable if you cancel your booking outside of 28 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations occurring within 28 days of your booking, you will forfeit your deposit (equivalent to one night’s stay)
